At Kidzy LTD, we are dedicated to providing the best products for your little ones, including t-shirts, toys, and household items. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
•The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
•You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
•Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
•Personalized or custom-made items
•Clearance items
•Gift cards
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to start a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kidzy LTD is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
•Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
•Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] with details of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
